Chemical Process Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and controlling chemical processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Duties Monitor and operate chemical processing equipment in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures. Adjust process parameters to optimise production efficiency and product quality. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and pipelines, identifying any potential issues or hazards. Collect, record, and analyse data related to process performance to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of process activities, including logs and reports. Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform scheduled repairs or troubleshooting as required. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations concerning waste disposal and emissions. Requirements Proven experience in chemical processing or related industrial environment is desirable. Strong understanding of chemical safety standards and procedures.
