Chemical Process ControlMonitor and maintain chemical parameters for the powder coating pre-treatment process to ensure consistent coating performance and corrosion protection.Monitor and control chemical baths associated with the Tin-plating line to ensure compliance with process specifications and product requirements.Monitor and maintain chemical parameters for an automated chemical resin filling machine to ensure process stability. Carry out routine chemical additions and bath adjustments as required.Support investigation and resolution of process-related quality issues.Laboratory TestingPerform routine laboratory and process checks including:Chemical concentration analysispH measurementConductivity testingTemperature monitoringChemical titrationsBath condition monitoringQuality SupportAccurately record, analyse and report test results.Identify process deviations and escalate concerns promptly.Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality defects.Assist with process capability and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric quality standards and procedures.Health, Safety and Environmental ComplianceFollow all Schneider Electric health, safety and environmental requirements.Handle chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH regulations and site procedures.Maintain a clean, organised and safe laboratory environment.Support environmental compliance through proper chemical and waste management practices.Continuous ..... full job details .....
