You will be involved in:Chemical Analysis of surface treatment chemical and rinse tanks, effluent, sealant, paint, and hydraulic fluidsLead trials for new products before they transition into use on the shop floorPerform and document a variety of chemical analysis including IC, ICP-OES, titrations (manual and automated) XRF, FTIR, Surface Tension, COD, surfactants, and cloth analysis in accordance with AITM, ASTM, ISO, and other relevant standardsOperate, calibrate, and maintain Laboratory equipmentAnalyse test data, generate comprehensive reports, and communicate results to engineering and production teamsPerform precise sample preparation and dilutions for critical analytical analysis techniques including IC, ICP, XRF, and various titration ..... full job details .....
