The Opportunity Reporting into the Engineering and Maintenance function, you will act as the site''s lead chemical engineering professional, providing technical expertise across manufacturing operations, capital projects, plant modifications, and process improvement activities. You will work closely with operational teams to identify and implement efficiencies that enhance safety, reliability, sustainability, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead process engineering activities across manufacturing operations. Identify and deliver opportunities to improve plant performance, efficiency and reliability. Support and drive continuous improvement programmes. Provide technical input into engineering projects and plant modifications. Ensure compliance with process safety and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams to optimise operational performance. Develop and monitor key performance indicators and reporting systems.
