Weekend availability is essentialJoin Our Kitchen Team.ROSES 1951 is looking for a passionate, organised and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team.We pride ourselves on producing high-quality breakfasts, beautifully presented sharing platters and freshly prepared dishes, all served with genuine hospitality.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and understands that consistency, cleanliness and attention to detail are just as important as great food.Would you like to be part of this?Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook our breakfast menu to a consistently high standard.Complete daily food preparation and ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service.Assemble signature platters, side dishes and other menu items with exceptional presentation.Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout the day.Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures at all times.Work safely and responsibly to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.Maintain excellent stock rotation and organisation while helping to minimise food waste.Carry out quality control checks to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards.Contribute ideas for seasonal menu development, daily specials and new dishes.Work closely with the wider team to deliver a ..... full job details .....
