Supported by the Catering Manager and experienced kitchen assistants you will be: Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinnerSupervising the team to provide an efficient serviceResponsible for maintaining a clean and tidy kitchenAble to adhere to regulations including food safety and health and safetyWorking with staff across departments to provide an all-round positive experience for customers As a successful chef we expect that you will have knowledge of traditional British cuisine.The ability to adhere to food safety and health and safety regulations. Some catering supervisory or management experience leading a team will be useful but not essential.
