Role and Responsibilities

Prepares food to specification guideAdjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concernsActs as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperatureOperates various kitchen appliancesPortions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preferenceAssists other cooks during the food assembly processEnsuring high food hygiene standardsClean down area after serviceStock managementRequirements:
