Our modern hospital features two fully equipped operating theatres, an extended recovery unit and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.What You''ll Be DoingPreparing and cooking freshly made meals to a high standard.Assisting with food preparation, including vegetable preparation and ingredient handling.Serving food and beverages to patients, staff, consultants and visitors.Supporting catering services in both the restaurant and ward areas as required.Managing stock rotation, date checks and ensuring food is stored safely.Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.Following all health and safety policies and procedures.Who We''re Looking ForPrevious experience working as a Chef or Cook.NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.Experience working in a busy catering ..... full job details .....
