Working Pattern Wednesday to Sunday 7:00am until finish (typically 3:30pm to 4:00pm) Approximately 45 hours per week 20-minute break per shift The café operates a busy breakfast, brunch and lunch service, with food served between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Key Responsibilities Preparing food ahead of service Cooking and managing orders during service Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene Supporting end-of-day kitchen clean-down Working effectively as part of a small kitchen team Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Chef or Cook Experience within a breakfast/brunch environment is preferred Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen Reliable and able to hit the ground running Strong team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working within a small team of three What''s on Offer?
