School Chef Hampshire Competitive Hourly Rate 08:00am - 2:30pm Long-Term Temporary Assignment Immediate Start Available School Chef Opportunity in Romsey We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie or above to join a busy catering team within a school setting in Romsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef seeking consistent daytime hours, a great work-life balance, and a long-term temporary assignment that could run for a full academic term or longer. Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking fresh meals for students and staff Assisting with menu preparation and food production Completing daily kitchen preparation tasks Maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards Supporting food service during busy lunch periods Assisting on service counters when required Working collaboratively within a busy catering team Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or higher Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices A positive and flexible attitude Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) What''s on Offer?
