We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and reliable Event Chef to support a large-scale catering event in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a professional catering team, delivering high-quality food for approximately 300 guests at a busy and well-organised event. The Role As Event Chef, you will ensure all dishes are delivered to a high standard and in line with food hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking a small selection of dishes, including meats, potatoes, vegetables, and heating up sauces. Working efficiently within a team to deliver meals for approximately 300 guests. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety procedures are followed. Assisting with service and ensuring food is provided in a timely manner throughout the event.
