Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality and well-presented meals. Cater for individual dietary requirements, including IDDSI diets and food fortification. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness. Follow menus and dietary requirements. Support the smooth running of the kitchen.
