Your role:

  Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations

• 
  

  Managing teams and ensuring smooth service

  Menu planning and food production

• 
  

  Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

  Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering

• 
  

  Strong leadership and organisational skills

• 
  

  Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude

• 
  

  Level 2 Food Safety and Food Allergen certificates (essential)

• 
  

  Ability to travel locally (driver preferred due to some locations)
