Pantry Chef Manager Location: BelfastSalary: £35,589 per annumHours: 40 hours per week, rota basis including weekendsContract: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a busy kitchen operation within a high-profile hospitality environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to combine hands-on kitchen management with team leadership while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen operation. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of kitchen staff. Oversee stock control, ordering, waste management, and inventory. Maintain compliance with Food Hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and Health and Safety standards. Support training and development of team members. Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience in a supervisory or management chef role. Current Food Hygiene/HACCP qualification. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
