Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30-16:00, 40 hours per week Location: 22 Bishopsgate, EC2N 4BQ Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the catering account, taking full ownership of day-to-day hospitality operations across 12 meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service deliveryRemain hands-on in the kitchen, producing high-quality, creative food for a discerning client base, with a strong focus on presentation and consistencyPlan and deliver meeting room catering and occasional evening events (1-2 per month), ensuring client requirements are met to a premium standardManage and develop the FOH Supervisor, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environmentBuild strong relationships with the client, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are consistently exceededMaintain full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company standards, ensuring a safe and well-organised kitchen ..... full job details .....
