About the Role

Berkeley Scott is seeking experienced Chef Managers to join schools, colleges, and other educational establishments. This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who are passionate about delivering nutritious, high-quality meals in a professional and structured environment.

As a Chef Manager in Education, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing kitchen staff
• Planning, preparing, and cooking balanced meals for students and staff
• Ensuring full compliance with Food Safety and Allergen Regulations
• Managing stock control, budgets, and ordering
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and health andamp; safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager or senior chef role
• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Food Safety Level 2 andamp; Food Allergy Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to the education catering environment
