Key ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional food and service

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance

Take pride in preparing fresh, innovative meals that wow clients and customers

Maintain a spotless kitchen and front-of-house environment

Handle weekly reporting and ordering with accuracy and efficiency

Champion health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What we are looking forA proven background as a Chef Manager or similar roleStrong culinary skills and a real passion for foodA natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skillsComputer literate and confident with stock systems and reportingSelf-motivated, adaptable, and ready to lead by exampleA keen eye for quality, safety, and service
