We''re currently recruiting an ambitious Chef Manager to help us create exceptional food experiences for DINE on a part time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersIdentifying opportunities to improve our food serviceSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleDelivering our tasty food concepts to our customersOrdering food, looking after stock control and controlling food wasteOverseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plansManaging budgets and successfully meeting financial targetsImplementing and reviewing Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

Our ideal Chef Manager will:Hold a City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ equivalentBe passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer serviceHave experience managing teams in a similar roleBe a brilliant communicator and easily build relationshipsStrive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated mannerBe an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskillPossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliabilityHave a safety-first mindset
