MCG Recruitment is working with a valued client to recruit a passionate Chef Manager for a welcoming care and nursing home in Chelmsford.
Hours: 40 per week (including weekends on a rota)

��?�� Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team
• Plan creative, nutritious menus within budget
• Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and H&S standards
• Deliver a consistently high standard of food and service

�� About You

• Experienced Chef Manager (or similar leadership role)
• Level 2 Catering qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for quality food and resident experience
