To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract to ensure great quality, consistent food and beverage services across all areasTo maintain positive client relationships ensuringTo ensure the smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class service to our clients and customersTo be responsible for the management, recruitment, development and training of team membersTo ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and proceduresTo deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with net income and cost targetsWho You Are
Our ideal Manager:Chef skillsPrevious experience in contract cateringExperience of leading and managing teams to deliver resultsTrack record of growing sales and retaining businessExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teamsAbility to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levelsQuality and process driven with particular focus on delivering resultsCompliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreementsIT Literate (MS Office, Email)About Us
