Berkeley-Scott is recruiting experienced Chef Managers to join our agency team for exciting opportunities across schools and a variety of catering businesses in and around Brighton starting in September.

Key responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of busy kitchens
Leading, motivating and supporting kitchen teams
Planning and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health andamp; safety and allergen standards
Managing stock, ordering and minimising waste
Ensuring kitchens operate efficiently and meet client expectations

What we''re looking for:

A minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Experience working within schools or contract catering is desirable
Two satisfactory references
An Enhanced DBS certificate
The right to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, but is not essential
