Berkeley-Scott is recruiting experienced Chef Managers to join our busy agency team for a variety of catering assignments starting in September.

Working across schools in Cambridge and with a range of catering companies, you''ll enjoy the flexibility of agency work while leading kitchen teams and delivering high-quality food service in a variety of settings.

Pay: andpound;22.00 per hour

What you''ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day running of busy catering kitchens.
• Planning, preparing, and delivering fresh, nutritious, high-quality meals.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting kitchen teams to deliver excellent service.
• Managing stock, ordering, budgets, and food costs.
• Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen regulations.
• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining high catering standards.

What we''re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar catering management role.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Two professional references.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and adapt to different sites.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
