Chef Manager

Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours as required, 6:30am - 2:30pm Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? In this role you''ll be responsible for the management of all catering, vending and hospitality services provision, as well as being hands on supporting with food preparation It is an important part of the role to manage, support and develop the team within your sphere of responsibility, to ensure they are responsive, well-motivated and customer focused providing excellent catering, hospitality and function services to all customers. You will be an important member of the site management team and will need to be hands on, motivated, hardworking - a committed team player ensuring the highest professional standards are adhered to at all times with strong leadership skills. Our ideal candidate will need to have: Experience at a management level within a catering and events environment, in both the management and culinary side Experience within a catering and events environment catering for small and large functions.
