You must have at least 2 years UK catering experience. The Home is a new build luxury care home. WE ARE SORRY, BUT SPONSORSHIP OR CHANGE OF SPONSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. You will be joining a fantastic group of homes. This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company. Roles available: • Permanent 40 hours per week (Guaranteed hours) • £18.00 per hour • Rated a superb 10 / 10 by CareHome Shift Pattern: • 40 hours per week between 7:00am - 8pm (Own transport Essential due to lack of public transport) • 40 hours is 5 x 8 hour shifts. • Alternative Weekends off. • No Late Nights. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan and prepare daily menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents. • Prepare meals that are appetising, visually appealing and within budget. • Maintain accurate records of food orders and inventory. • Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and hygienic manner. • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and service.
