This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a supportive and progressive culture focused on enabling individuals to fulfil their potential.Key Responsibilities:Coaching learners in their workplace, typically within some of the UK''s most renowned hospitality establishmentsGuiding learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship standardsProviding tailored support and progress reviews to ensure learner developmentMaintaining accurate records of learner progress in accordance with company and regulatory standardsDeveloping and adapting training materials to meet the unique needs of learnersFostering a positive and inclusive learning environmentJob Requirements:Experience in cooking with fresh food or holding Pro Cook Level 2 qualificationExperience in working in a front-of-house settingExperience in preparing, cooking, and finishing a variety of fresh and seasonal dishesAbility to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlinesStrong communication and self-motivation skillsAbility to work autonomouslyDesirable Qualifications:Level 3 Teaching qualificationNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional CookeryBTEC Level 3 in Hospitality ManagementExperience in ..... full job details .....
