To ensure that all maintenance issues are noted down and sorted. To ensure that if needed you work on the tills, running food and clearing tables. To order in the right amount of food and beverage stock, and to ensure that this is checked over with management. To make sure all health and safety paperwork relating the kitchen is up to date. To make sure all compliance kitchen paperwork work is up to date (Temperature checks, probing of food etc) To make sure all food stores, fridges and freezers are clean and tidy.
