This role operates on a two-week rolling rota, working 4 days one week and 3 days the next, with shifts from 7:30am to 6:30pm. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals for our residents and cover the Head Chef''s days off, supported by a small kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals for residents. Cater for dietary and nutritional requirements. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Assist with stock control and ordering. Support and lead the kitchen team when required. About You Previous experience as a Chef, Second Chef, Sous Chef or Cook. Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards. A team player with a passion for quality food. Care home, healthcare, or catering experience desirable but not essential.
