Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Level 3 Teaching qualification.Essential Criteria:Hold a Level 2 Hospitality / Pro Cookery qualification, or above.Must have worked at Commis Chef level.Must have experience of fresh food preparation.Experience of managing BOH staff, ideally up to Head Chef/Kitchen Manager level.Must have experience of working Front of House, with demonstrable progression from Team Member, through to Supervisor, through to General Manager.Must be IT literate.Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.Must be flexible with travel.Duties include:Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality (Front and Back of House specialisms).
