We work with fresh local ingredients and have a passion for locally landed and caught seafood. The position is full time and permanent, hourly paid with a potential salaried option available for the right candidate. We are located in the heart of Torquay harbour. Applicants should already have experience in a similar role or CDP/Junior Sous looking to step up, work well under pressure with a good sense of team leadership.
