Your RoleAs Chef de Partie, you''ll take charge of a section of the kitchen, working alongside our Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare a diverse and delicious menu. You''ll ensure food is cooked to perfection, hygiene standards are met, and service runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality dishes across a varied menuMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food prep areasMinimise food waste and support stock rotationCollaborate with the kitchen team for efficient serviceOperate kitchen equipment safely and report any issuesComplete documentation and uphold company standardsContribute to team meetings and training sessions??
