Looking for a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for ongoing work..

What You''ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh ingredients

  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning, stock control and hygiene standards

  • Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and delivered on time

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times

What We''re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a similar environment

  • A strong passion for cooking

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene
