Support senior chefs during service within a structured, professional brigade

Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)

Contribute to daily prep, mise en place and stock control

Uphold the clubs values of discretion, tradition and excellence

RequirementsBackground in luxury hotels, members clubs or fine-dining restaurants

Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine

Calm, focused and well-presented under pressure

Professional, respectful and reliable team player

Genuine passion for quality, consistency and teamwork
