£39,245 per annum

What were looking for:

Previous experience as a

Chef de Partie

in a quality-driven kitchen

Ability to run a section confidently and maintain consistency under pressure

Strong organisational and communication skills

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Professional Cookery preferred

Positive, flexible and collaborative team spirit

Passion for food and ambition to grow within luxury hospitality
