The Pub has a modern British restaurant and menus are fresh, locally sourced (organic where possible) using modern British ingredients. Offering wonderful non-complicated, flavourful home-cooked food, prepared and presented to the highest standard. Everything is made on-site from scratch from bread and up. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef, with experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens. A love and passion for working with great food.
