Description About The RoleAs aChef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef indelivering the Butlins foodpropositions. Responsible for a specifiedsection of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, andpresentation of the dishes, following set recipe specifications andbrand standards. Overseeing and managingsmall teams of commis chefs, You will ensure the delivery of thefood proposition in accordance with food safety policy. You will beenrolled on our award winning Butlins Chef Academy to enhance yourskills in a fun and educational environment, helping you progressto more senior levels.As a Chef de Partie, yourresponsibilities in this role will be a key factor in our kitchens.You will be deputised in absence of the sous chef, manage, andoversee the daily operations in your own section, ensuringefficiency and compliance with food safetypolicies. You will also maintain a cleanand organised workstation, always adhering the health and safetyregulations demonstrating these responsibilities as a behaviourstandard to the Commis Chefs you will lead, train and mentor withguidance and support as needed. You willalso be expected to prepare and cook dishes with pre-approvedrecipe specifications, ensure completion of relevant daily fooddiaries related to the role and control budget margins with thesupport of the Head Chef and SousChef.
