Day-to-day of the role: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Maintain consistent food quality and adherence to health and safety standards during service. Manage stock control, rotation, and waste minimisation. Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef looking to progress. Experience in a restaurant setting preparing fresh food to order. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Passionate about food and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. Reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts including lunch services, evenings, and weekends.
