What You''ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
• Assisting with the development of new dishes and menu ideas.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive kitchen team.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
• Managing your section effectively while remaining calm under pressure.

We''re Looking for Someone Who

• Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Is passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Leads by example with a positive, professional attitude.
• Is organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
• Is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Has a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress within a successful kitchen.
