Working with a talented Head Chef, you''ll help prepare high-quality dishes and develop your skills in a kitchen focused on flavour, texture and modern cooking techniques. What you''ll do Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant''s standards Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Contribute to a positive, well-organised kitchen team What we''re looking for Previous experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen Good all-round kitchen skills and confidence across different sections A genuine interest in food, flavour and modern cooking Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn Good knowledge of food hygiene The restaurant is accessible by public transport from Brentwood, Chelmsford and Ongar. ..... full job details .....
