Your Role as Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen, delivering consistently high standards, and supporting the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You''ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, lead by example, and ensure that every plate leaving your section reflects our commitment to quality.
