What''s involved?

As Chef de Partie, you''ll take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team of chefs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Running your section during busy service periods.
• Maintaining high standards of food presentation and consistency.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
• Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional food every service.
