Job Title: Chef de Partie
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £17.23 per hour
Location: Flamingo Land Resort, Malton
Duration: Adhoc basis
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Flamingo Land Resort. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment on an adhoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Work efficiently across different kitchen sections as required.
- Assist in managing stock, deliveries, and waste control.
- Uphold consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
- Flexibility to work on an adhoc basis, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for delivering excellent food and service.
