What we''re looking for. Must have relevant catering qualifications i.e. City and Guilds 706:1and2 Or NVQ level 1,2and3 (Pastry) or Equivalent Qualification(s). Ideally with experience of managing and motivating staff, as part of a team that is often under pressure, and the ability to be able to prioritise workload to deliver a high-quality service.
