The successful candidate joins a kitchen brigade of twenty, led by an influential Executive Chef with a background in modern European cuisine. Working 48 hours weekly across a fine dining restaurant, banqueting facilities and a popular afternoon tea service, the post demands strong pastry skills, precision and consistency. Responsibilities include preparing desserts, breads and patisserie to exacting standards, supporting senior chefs and maintaining section hygiene. The kitchen team is backed by an influential Executive Chef with a solid background in modern European cuisine. They have one single main kitchen, with a team of 20 chefs. They have a fine dining restaurant (50+ covers), banqueting facilities and are very popular for afternoon tea.andnbsp;

Chef de Partie Pastry Benefits:

Chef de Partie Pastry Requirements:

All Chef de Partie Pastry applicants must have a stable employment history.
You should have at least three years working experience.
Previous experience working within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants is a must.
We seek a self-motivated, hardworking chef with a can-do attitude to work in banqueting, afternoon tea, and our two rosette restaurant.
