We are seeking talented and experienced
CDP-level chefs
to support premium catering operations at the Cornbury House Horse Trials
an elite event attracting VIP guests and Cotswolds'' finest.
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering
exceptional quality food
with a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
Your responsibilities:Preparing and plating dishes to a high standardMaintaining hygiene and kitchen safety standardsSupporting the senior chef team in all aspects of serviceAdapting to a high-volume but high-quality catering service
Youll bring:Solid kitchen experience (CDP level or higher)A calm, can-do attitude under pressureFlexibility and attention to detailImpeccable hygiene and presentationConfidence working in event or mobile catering kitchensDue to the nature of the role, applicants must hold both Health and Safety and Food Safety Level 2 Certifications to be onboarded successfully.
