40 hours p/weekAn experienced Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie required for our longstanding client, a luxury country house hotel with an AA Rosette restaurant. The Hotel is set in Leicestershire and is renowned locally for its venue.The successful Chef de Partie will join the kitchen team as a key member of a strong brigade. The main duties of the role are:-To support the Head Chef and management team.To ensure the highest standards of food quality.To be responsible for supporting in ensuring that all Food Safety regulations are completed to the correct standard.This role involves food preparation and service for the hotel guests during their stay.
