What you will do:
Carry out mise-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neatly and orderly before service.Help with the preparation of dishes and service for daily events and functions, under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.Minimise waste by using ingredients following the recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.Be prepared to work on different tasks during the day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.Who you are
