The Chef De Partie position in Chinnor involves preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard within a permanent, full-time role. Manpower Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join an established and well-regarded restaurant in Chinnor, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance within a supportive kitchen team.

The ideal candidate would have own transport, due to location and have experience in a Michelin star or Rosette environment.

Role Details:

  • Salary: £34000 per annum + service charge (up to £3,000 per year)
  • Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
  • No Monday working (restaurant closed)
  • Sunday: lunchtime service only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef''s standards
  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency and efficiency during service
  • Assist in the development of seasonal menus and new dishes
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before service
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Minimise waste and support effective stock control
  • Ensure correct handling and storage of all food items
  • Support private dining and events when required

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
