Chef de Partie required for a Rosette Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the Windermere area. Salary is up to 30,000 + 5-6k tips (OTE 33-36k a year) and live in is available. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up.
