Chef de-partie-required for a Great standard Restaurant & Hotel in the Cotswolds, with live in available if required. This kitchen uses fresh food, high standards, -37k basic salary + -3000 service charge & live in. chef de partie package is 40k


The role
we are looking for a chef de-partie-from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de-partie-duties.-


Experience
We are looking for a chef de-partie-with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a rosette background.-
