We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The PersonThe Chef De Partie will have:Have experience at a similar level in a similar environmentHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCPIdeally be able to drive or live locallyHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailHave the confidence to create and be innovativehave your own transport as live in is off site,
